That sentence is our purpose. A gift to Verve Lead goes towards the mentors who do this work, the instruments they use, and the leaders who could not otherwise afford the help.

Who finds it hardest to pay for help?

These are the seasons when help is needed most, and paid for least easily.

Leaders in crisis

It is harder for a leader to find the funds for help when they need it most. If a leader is sliding, often the enterprise is also sliding. Your gift can help provide that support for the people who need it most.

Leaders in transition

When entering a new role or leaving one, cash flow is often restricted. Both are highly vulnerable times. Your gift can help someone flourish.
