How we look after
your information.
Our policy is being rewritten. Until the new one is published, this page sets out the questions it has to answer – and who to ask in the meantime.
Why this page is short
Our earlier privacy policy takes effect from January 2020 and was written for a different website. It says nothing about the wellbeing assessment, the check-ins or the mentoring that now sit at the centre of what we do. Rather than leave it standing, we are having a new policy drafted and legally reviewed before it goes up here.
The way your results are shared today is described in plain terms on the assessment page. If a question about your own information cannot wait for the drafting, please ask us – we would rather answer than have you wonder.
What the new policy will answer
Each question below gets a plain answer, in language you can read in one sitting, before we publish it.
-
Who holds your information?
The organisation you are giving it to, the people accountable for it, and the law it answers to.
[TO BE DRAFTED – LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
-
What does the assessment record?
The answers, scores and check-ins the assessment and the app keep, and what is kept alongside them.

Who can see your results?

-
Where is your information stored?
The countries and services that hold it, and any other party it passes through on the way.
[TO BE DRAFTED – LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
-
How long is it kept?
How long results, check-ins and account records are held, and what happens to them if you leave.

-
How do you ask us about your own information?
How to see what we hold, correct it, or ask us to remove it – and who to write to.

Still to confirm with the drafter [DETAIL TO CONFIRM]: a named contact for privacy enquiries, and the date the new policy takes effect.
Ask us anything in the meantime
A question about your own information does not have to wait for the policy. Write to us and a person will answer you.
