The Growth Track

Become an accredited
Verve Lead Mentor.

Four waypoints take you from being mentored yourself to mentoring others well – through real hours with a mentor, real training, and honest feedback from the people you mentor.

“Am I actually helping them, or just talking?”

What each waypoint asks of you

You reach a waypoint with evidence – hours with a mentor, training completed, and what the people you mentor say about you.

Mentee

Be mentored first

Before you carry anyone else, someone carries you. You take the assessment, meet regularly with an accredited mentor, and learn what good mentoring feels like from the receiving end – because you cannot give away what you have never been given.

What it takes · An ongoing mentoring relationship, and your own honest results

Intern Mentor

Learn the craft

You start mentoring for real, but never alone. Personal sessions build a vision for health you can actually hold, cohort webinars teach you to ask rather than tell, and you practise with your first mentees while your own mentor stays close.

What it takes · 1 orientation, 5 personal sessions, 4 cohort webinars, and 3 sets of 8 sessions with mentees

Mentor

Accredited

You mentor in your own right, as an accredited Verve Lead Mentor – with a development plan of your own, the assessment as the map you and your mentee share, and professional standards behind you rather than good intentions alone.

What it takes · Training completed, and mentoring competency shown in practice

Master Mentor

360 certified

The one waypoint you cannot award yourself. Your competency is measured across 13 mentoring competencies by the people best placed to judge it – your supervisor, your peers, and the leaders you have actually mentored.

What it takes · A 360° profile from your supervisor, your peers and your mentees

Where would you join the track?

Three ways onto the track, depending on what you already carry.

Joining at waypoint 1

You are new to this

Take the assessment, find a mentor, and let the relationship teach you before the training does.

Joining at waypoint 2

Your organisation invited you

Your accreditation begins as an intern mentor, inside your own organisation, building its mentoring network from within.

Joining further along

You have been doing this for years

Bring evidence rather than starting over: documented mentoring hours and a sound mentor assessment. Recognition, never exemption.
It shapes movements, restores hearts, and builds healthy leadership cultures.

The track runs inside your organisation

Train your own people and the mentoring keeps multiplying after we step back – your mentors, your culture, carried by the people already in the room.

For organisations

Every mentor started where you are

The track begins with seeing where you stand yourself.

Step onto the track

Start with the assessment. Where you join depends on what it shows and what you already bring.
