The assessment tells you where you stand. What matters is what arrives afterwards – small enough to keep up with in a week that is already full.

Some leaders take the assessment, read for a year, and never ask for a mentor. That is not a failed sign-up – it is the whole thing working. Grow at the pace your season allows, and if the day comes when you want someone alongside you, we will be here for that too.
