This video shows how to track your progress over time in the Verve Lead web app. One assessment shows where you are today. Taking it again shows the direction you are travelling. Go to Assessments. On the Health of a Christian Leader card, select History. Recent Scores shows your three most recent completed assessments. Each one has an overall score out of one hundred, and a score for each area. The small tiles are psychological well-being, spiritual vitality and transformative leadership. Once you have two or more results, Domain Trends charts your overall score and each area over time. Below it, Domain Comparison lays your two most recent results over each other. All Assessments lists every assessment, newest first. Each completed one shows its overall score. Apart from the oldest, it also shows the change from the one before. To compare two results, select Compare at the top of the page. The page opens with your most recent result under Assessment A. Put the earlier result under Assessment A, and the later one under Assessment B. That way, the Change column reads forward in time. Score Comparison shows each area side by side, as a percentage. Change shows the difference in percentage points. Domain Radar draws both results as overlapping shapes. To keep a copy of your report, open any completed result. At the top, select the download arrow. Your report downloads as a PDF. Take it again whenever you are ready. Select Take Again at the top of your results. Your daily check-in fills in the weeks between assessments. To see your trend, select View Check-ins on the Buoyancy Check-ins card. You will find every step, with pictures, in the help guides.

One assessment shows where you are today. Taking it again over months and years shows the direction you are travelling – which areas are growing, and which need more care.
Your history keeps every Health of a Christian Leader Assessment (HCLA) you have taken.
Where is my history?
Go to Assessments. On the Health of a Christian Leader card, select History. You can also select View History at the bottom of any results page.
Recent Scores shows your 3 most recent completed assessments. Each has an overall score out of 100, and a score for each area:
- PW – psychological well-being
- SV – spiritual vitality
- TL – transformative leadership.
Select one to open its full results.
How have I changed?
Once you have completed 2 or more, Domain Trends charts your overall score and each of the 3 areas over time.
Below it, Domain Comparison lays your 2 most recent results over each other, so you can see how the shape has changed.
Look for the area that has moved most, up or down. It can be a good place to start your next conversation with a mentor.
What is in the full list?
All Assessments lists every HCLA you have started, newest first. Select one to open it.
- A completed assessment shows its overall score, and how far it moved from the one before – for example ▲ +4.
- An assessment marked In Progress opens so you can carry on answering.
- An assessment marked Awaiting Feedback is a 180° or 360° that you have submitted. It opens at your feedback invitations.
To delete an assessment, select Discard beside it. The page asks you to confirm. You cannot undo a discard.
Discard appears on every assessment marked In Progress or Awaiting Feedback. That includes a 180° or 360° you have submitted, even after people have responded. Discarding a 180° or 360° also deletes every answer people have given you for it.
You cannot discard or delete a completed Personal Reflection.
How do I compare 2 results?
You need at least 2 completed assessments to compare.
- On your history page, select Compare.
- Under Assessment A, choose the earlier assessment.
- Under Assessment B, choose the later one.
- Read Score Comparison. It shows each area and your overall score as a percentage, side by side. Change shows the difference in percentage points.
Below the table, Domain Radar draws both results as overlapping shapes.
How do I keep a copy of my report?
Open any completed result. At the top, select Download (the arrow icon). Your report downloads as a PDF.
We also email you the PDF each time you finish a Personal Reflection. To send your report to someone else, use Share (the share icon) beside it – see How do I read my HCLA results?
When should I take it again?
Whenever you are ready. Each new assessment starts fresh. Select Take Again at the top of your results, or on the Health of a Christian Leader card under Assessments.
Our results email suggests coming back in 6 to 12 months. From 180 days after your last completed assessment, your Dashboard shows “It’s time to check your health again” and a Take HCLA button.
For the steps, see How do I take the HCLA?
What about between assessments?
Your daily check-in builds a picture week by week. Under Assessments, select View Check-ins on the Buoyancy Check-ins card to see your trend. See How do I do my daily check-in?
The Christian Leader Mentor Assessment keeps its own history. Select History on its card under Assessments.
