The daily check-in asks you one question: how buoyant are you today? You answer on a scale from 1, Empty, to 6, Full. Start on your Dashboard. The check-in card asks the question, and shows when you last checked in. Select Check in now. Choose the level that matches how you feel right now. If you like, add a note about what is going on. Then select Save check-in. You can check in more than once a day, and each one is saved with its own time. To see how you have been travelling, select View Details on the buoyancy panel. The Buoyancy Trend chart shows your levels over 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or 1 year. Recent Check-ins lists each one, with any note you added. Want a nudge? On your Profile page, turn on the daily reminder. It arrives as a notification on your iPhone, not in your browser. The standard time is 8 am. If you have a mentor, they see every check-in, and any note you add. Your organisation’s administrators do not see your individual check-ins, unless one of them is your mentor. If something is just for you, leave the note empty. You will find the full guide, with pictures, in the Verve Lead help guides.

The daily check-in asks one question: how buoyant are you today? You answer on a scale from 1 (Empty) to 6 (Full).

Over weeks, your answers build a picture of how you are really travelling – one honest answer a day tells you more than a long survey once a year.

How have I been travelling?

Your check-ins add up to a trend, so you can see the shape of the last week, month or year.

On the web, select View Details on the buoyancy panel of your dashboard. The Buoyancy Trend chart shows your levels over 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or 1 year, and Recent Check-ins lists each one, with any note you added.

Can I get a reminder?

Yes. A daily reminder can nudge you to check in. It arrives on your iPhone as a notification, not in your web browser. The standard time is 8 am.

  • On the web: go to Profile, find Daily check-in reminder, and turn it on or change the time. The change reaches your iPhone the next time the app opens.
  • On iPhone: go to Settings, then Daily check-in, and turn on Remind me daily. If notifications for Verve Lead are turned off, the app offers a shortcut to your iPhone’s notification settings.
