This is the organisation dashboard in Verve Lead. It shows your whole organisation over the last 30 days, and it names no one. Only administrators can open it, in the web app. Select Organisation in the sidebar. It opens on the Dashboard tab. Total Members counts everyone in your organisation. Active counts members who have signed in during the last 30 days, not check-ins. Avg. Buoyancy is the average of every check-in in the last 30 days. Buoyancy runs from one, empty, up to six, full. Buoyancy Distribution shows how check-ins spread across the scale. The chart counts check-ins, not people. The Insights card shows up to three notes, and only when something stands out. Here, the Engagement note says fewer than half the team has been active. The notes are general prompts. They do not point to anyone. Privacy Protected says the figures are combined. But if only one or two people check in, the figures may reflect just them. Combined HCLA results sit on the HCLA results tab. They stay hidden until three members have completed one. That is what the organisation dashboard shows.

Narration is AI-generated. Every screen is from our demo environment – an invented organisation and people.

The organisation dashboard gives you a picture of your organisation as a whole. It covers the last 30 days, and it does not name anyone.

Only administrators can open it, in the web app.

Where do I find it?

Select Organisation in the sidebar. It opens on the Dashboard tab, a page called Organisation Dashboard.

Organisation opens on the dashboard.

What do the 3 figures mean?

FigureWhat it counts
Total MembersEveryone in your organisation, including administrators.
Active (30 days)Members who have signed in during the last 30 days.
Avg. BuoyancyThe average level of every check-in in the last 30 days, on the scale from 1 (Empty) to 6 (Full). If nobody has checked in, it shows a dash.

Active (30 days) counts sign-ins, not check-ins. That is why it can be low while plenty of check-ins come in.

How buoyant have people been?

Buoyancy Distribution shows how the last 30 days’ check-ins spread across levels 1–2, 3–4 and 5–6. The number of check-ins sits above the chart.

How the last 30 days' check-ins spread across the scale.

The chart and the average count check-ins, not people. Someone who checks in every day counts many more times than someone who checks in once.

If your organisation does not use the daily check-in, the dashboard leaves out Avg. Buoyancy and the chart.

What are the insights?

Under the chart, Insights can show up to 3 short notes. Each one appears only when something about the last 30 days stands out:

  • Team Morale – the average check-in level is below 3.5.
  • Engagement – fewer than half your members have signed in.
  • Encourage Check-ins – your members have made fewer than 5 check-ins each, on average.
An insight appears only when it applies.

The notes are general prompts. They do not point to anyone in particular.

Where are the HCLA results?

Combined results from the Health of a Christian Leader Assessment (HCLA) sit on the HCLA results tab. They use each member’s most recent completed assessment.

They stay hidden until at least 3 members have completed one. Until then, the page says there are no completed assessments to show.

For a single group, see how groups work. To compare before and after a retreat or course, see running a programme.

Every screenshot here is from our demo environment – an invented organisation, invented people.
