Most people belong to one organisation. Some belong to two or more. If you do, Verve Lead shows one organisation at a time. You can switch between them whenever you like. Here is how, on the web. The organisation list sits at the top of the sidebar, under the logo. Each organisation shows your role beside its name. Open the list, and choose the organisation you want. Choosing one does nothing yet. Next, select the Switch to button. The button names the organisation you chose. Verve Lead reloads, and opens that organisation’s dashboard. The colours change to match that organisation. Your role changes too. The Organisation item only shows in the sidebar for administrators. Your check-ins, your assessments and your mentor stay the same. Switching changes what you see. Who can see you stays the same. We save your choice to your account, not to your device. The Verve Lead app for iPhone and iPad is in testing. It follows the same choice. That is how to switch between your organisations.

Narration is AI-generated. Every screen is from our demo environment – an invented organisation and people.

Most people belong to one organisation, and never need this guide. But some serve in more than one place – a pastor who also mentors in a regional network, for example.

If you belong to 2 or more organisations, Verve Lead shows one at a time. You can switch whenever you like.

How did I end up in 2 organisations?

You join an organisation by accepting its invitation, or by joining with a code at an event. If you already belong to an organisation, Verve Lead keeps showing that one after you join another. Switch when you want to see the new one.

What changes when I switch?

We save your choice to your account, not your device. If you switch on the web, the iPhone and iPad app follows, and the other way round.

On the web

The switcher only appears when you belong to more than one organisation. It sits at the top of the sidebar, under the logo.

  1. Open the list at the top of the sidebar. Each organisation shows your role there.
  2. Choose the organisation you want.
  3. Select the Switch to button. It names the organisation you chose.

Verve Lead reloads and opens that organisation’s dashboard.

The organisation list, under the logo.
Choosing an organisation does nothing until you select Switch to.

If Verve Lead says “You’re no longer a member of that organisation”, that organisation has removed you. Reload the page to refresh the list.

On iPhone and iPad

The Verve Lead app for iPhone and iPad is in testing.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under Organisation, you will see each organisation you belong to, with your role. A tick marks the one the app is showing.
  3. Tap the organisation you want. The app switches straight away.
Organisation, in Settings.

If you were part-way through something in Mentoring, the app takes you back to the start of that section after a switch.

If you joined a new organisation on the web and it is not listed yet, pull down on Settings to refresh.
