You can sign in to Verve Lead in two ways. You can use a sign-in link that we email to you. Or you can use a password, if you have set one. If an organisation or a mentor invited you, your first sign-in is the invitation email. Open it and select Accept Invitation. Invitations last 30 days. Always use the email address your invitation was sent to. A different address starts a new, empty account. To sign in on the web, go to app.vervelead.com. Enter your Email address. If a box asks you to verify you are human, tick it. Then select Send sign-in link. The page then says Check your email. Open the email from Verve Lead called Sign in to Verve Lead, and select Sign In. A page opens. Select Sign in to Verve Lead. Whichever device you open it on, this signs you in and takes you to your dashboard. It works only once, and it expires within a quarter of an hour, so use it soon. To sign in with a password instead, select Sign in with password. Enter your Email address and Password, then select Sign in. To go back to an emailed link, select Use magic link instead. If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder. If it is there, mark it as not spam. Check the address too. A small typo sends the link somewhere else. If you see Link Expired, select Go to sign in, and request a new link. The iPhone and iPad app is in testing, so this video shows the web app. On the web, you stay signed in on that browser for 7 days. Then you need to sign in again. To sign out, select the sign-out button beside your name, at the bottom of the sidebar. On a shared computer, always sign out when you finish. You’ll find every step, with pictures, in the Verve Lead help guides.

You can sign in to Verve Lead in 2 ways:

  • with a sign-in link we email you – no password needed, and every account can use it
  • with a password, if you have set one.

Signing in for the first time

If an organisation or a mentor invited you, your first sign-in is the invitation itself. Open the email and select Accept Invitation. An invitation lasts 30 days.

If the invitation did not include your name, we ask “What should we call you?” when you first arrive. Your first name is all we need.

After that, sign in as shown below. Always use the email address your invitation was sent to. A different address would start a separate, empty account.

On the web

  1. Go to app.vervelead.com.
  2. Enter your Email address.
  3. If a box asks you to verify you are human, tick it.
  4. Select Send sign-in link.
  5. Open the email from Verve Lead called “Sign in to Verve Lead”, and select Sign In.
The sign-in page.

The link signs you in on whichever device you open it on, and takes you to your dashboard. It only works once, and it expires within a quarter of an hour, so use it soon.

With a password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Sign in with password.
  2. Enter your Email address and Password.
  3. If a box asks you to verify you are human, tick it.
  4. Select Sign in.

To go back to an emailed link, select Use magic link instead. If you have not set a password yet, or have forgotten it, Your password explains what to do.

On iPhone and iPad

The Verve Lead app for iPhone and iPad is in testing.

  1. Open the app and enter your email address.
  2. Tap Email me a sign-in link.
  3. The app shows Check your email and waits.
  4. Open the email and tap Sign In. You can open it on your iPhone, your iPad or a computer – the app signs itself in.

The link opens a page in your browser that says “You’re signed in”. Go back to the app – it will already be signed in. On the same iPhone or iPad, you can also tap Open Verve Lead.

Open the link soon. If you wait too long, the app stops waiting and asks you to request a new link.

With a password

Once the app knows your account has a password, the sign-in screen also shows Password sign-in. Enter your email address and password, then tap Log in with password. If you do not see it, use the emailed link – it works for every account.

What if the email does not arrive?

  • Check your spam or junk folder. Our emails sometimes land there. If you find one, mark it as not spam – that helps the next one reach you.
  • Check the address. A small typo sends the link somewhere else.
  • Give it a moment, then request one more link. If you ask for more than 3 links in an hour, we stop sending for a while to protect your inbox.
  • If you see “Link Expired”, the link was too old or had already been used. Select Go to sign in and request a new one.
  • If your invitation has expired, ask the person who invited you to send it again.

How long do I stay signed in?

On the web, you stay signed in on that browser for 7 days. After that, sign in again.

In the app, if you signed in with an emailed link, you stay signed in as long as you open it at least every 90 days. If you signed in with a password, you stay signed in for 7 days. If the app ever says “Your session expired”, sign in again in the usual way.

Changing your password signs you out on your other devices. Resetting it signs you out everywhere.

How do I sign out?

On the web, select the sign-out button beside your name at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone browser, select Sign out at the top right.

On iPhone and iPad, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out, then tap Log Out again to confirm.
